The Sad State of "Broadband" in NZ

Just did a test tonight, as I'm trying to get two-way video conferencing via Skype working. According to www.speedtest.net, I'm gonna be too slow at uploading my video =-(

Fortunately, Rod Drury and a number of other people are working hard to bridge the gap with the rest of the world. Can anyone recommend a better ISP in NZ with decent upload speeds, and what the cost is?
