Launchy 2.0 Has Been Released

Launchy is a keystroke launcher for launching applications from Josh Karlin. When your Start Menu runs to several columns on a high resolution display, an application like this will save you so much time.

Launchy

This application has a free download, and removes the need to continually use the mouse to get to Desktop Shortcuts and the Start Menu. Out of the box it will index your Start Menu and IE QuickLaunch folders only, but you can index any folder to get quick access to it's contents.

I have used Launchy since the very earliest versions, and it's one of the first things I install on a new computer. It has been developed to run on Microsoft Windows XP, but I have had it running on Windows 2000 and Windows Vista with no problems.
