Long Zheng has set up a Windows UX Taskforce website where people can submit and vote on improvements to the Windows user interface. There are components in Windows Vista that look a little long in the tooth, some have even managed to survive since Windows 3.1!
Using a Digg like model to encourage user participation, this site shows some promise. Even if Microsoft never actually change anything, the site provides an interesting insight into UI design issues.
